  • Reduced Range of Motion: Difficulty moving the joint(s) fully.
  • Cracking or Crepitus: Some people may experience a cracking sound when moving the affected
    joint.

  • Dietary Adjustments: Ayurveda recommends a diet that pacifies Vata dosha and includes anti-
    inflammatory foods like turmeric and ginger.

  • Lifestyle Modifications: Stress management, gentle exercise, and mindful eating practices are
    essential.

  • External Therapies: Applying warm herbal oils or poultices to the affected joint(s) may be soothing.
